Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It applies to every plan bought on walinkapi.com, whichever payment method you used.
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the plan is substantially unused — that is, if you have used no more than 10% of the plan’s message allowance. We refund the full amount you paid, to the method you paid with.
This is deliberately simple: if you bought the wrong plan, changed your mind, or the service turned out not to suit you, tell us within a week and we will put it right.
Plans are prepaid for a fixed number of days and do not renew automatically. There is no subscription to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you buy another plan yourself. You can stop using the service, or close your account from your dashboard, at any time. Closing an account part-way through a plan does not by itself create a refund; if you want one, use section 1 or 5.
WhatsApp can restrict or ban any number at its own discretion, and this can happen to a number connected to WA Link. This is not a fault in our platform and is not automatically refundable, because the service was delivered and available to you.
That said, it usually happens early. If your number is restricted within the 7-day window and the plan is substantially unused, the ordinary refund in section 1 applies — just email us. Sending to people who did not opt in is by far the most common cause, so please read the acceptable use section of our Terms before you start.
If the platform is at fault — a verified outage, or your instance cannot connect for reasons within our control — contact us and we will extend your plan by the lost days or issue an equivalent replacement plan at no charge. For an extended outage that makes the plan materially unusable, we will refund the unused portion in cash instead, at your choice.
If you are unhappy with a charge, email us first. Almost every case is resolved the same day, and a chargeback locks the account while the bank investigates, which helps nobody. We answer every email.
