Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. It applies to every plan bought on walinkapi.com, whichever payment method you used.

1. 7-day refund on unused plans

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the plan is substantially unused — that is, if you have used no more than 10% of the plan’s message allowance. We refund the full amount you paid, to the method you paid with.

This is deliberately simple: if you bought the wrong plan, changed your mind, or the service turned out not to suit you, tell us within a week and we will put it right.

2. What is not refundable

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Plans where more than 10% of the message allowance has been used.
  • Plans on an account suspended or closed for breaching the acceptable use rules in our Terms, including spam and unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Amounts already refunded, or orders subject to a chargeback.

3. Cancellation

Plans are prepaid for a fixed number of days and do not renew automatically. There is no subscription to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you buy another plan yourself. You can stop using the service, or close your account from your dashboard, at any time. Closing an account part-way through a plan does not by itself create a refund; if you want one, use section 1 or 5.

4. If WhatsApp restricts your number

WhatsApp can restrict or ban any number at its own discretion, and this can happen to a number connected to WA Link. This is not a fault in our platform and is not automatically refundable, because the service was delivered and available to you.

That said, it usually happens early. If your number is restricted within the 7-day window and the plan is substantially unused, the ordinary refund in section 1 applies — just email us. Sending to people who did not opt in is by far the most common cause, so please read the acceptable use section of our Terms before you start.

5. If something is wrong on our side

If the platform is at fault — a verified outage, or your instance cannot connect for reasons within our control — contact us and we will extend your plan by the lost days or issue an equivalent replacement plan at no charge. For an extended outage that makes the plan materially unusable, we will refund the unused portion in cash instead, at your choice.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
  2. Include your order id (shown on the Invoices page in your dashboard) and a sentence on what went wrong.
  3. We reply within one business day and decide within three.
  4. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Please talk to us before a chargeback

If you are unhappy with a charge, email us first. Almost every case is resolved the same day, and a chargeback locks the account while the bank investigates, which helps nobody. We answer every email.
